- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you miss an appointment they try and make you pay for it anyway which is a real drag. They use this awful latex mouth shield thing that clamps around the tooth they are working on. Sometimes they can't get it in place for several tries and then they use floss to jam the latex barrier between the teeth they aren't working on. The Hygenist does a very poor job compared to the thorough job that Dr. Smyth's office does. Dr. Zacchi is super friendly and nice and seems very professional, but I wish she payed more attention in her dental training. I had a filling done and it was not right so I had it redone. After the third try at fixing the problem no charge, she wanted to make me pay to have the adjacent tooth fixed instead, that's where I had to draw the line and look for a new Dentist.
