  I have some unconventional insurance needs and Berry helps me work through them to get the best coverage. They are also very responsive when I call with questions and requests. I also recently had an accident and Berry went above and beyond. They answered their emergency number on a weekend and had a claim number started on a Sunday with the "ball rolling" on the next business day. They helped me through the claims process with the insurance company which allowed me to get my car repairs started in a timely manner. In the age of internet insurance brokers I have to say, I was so happy to have a "real person" at Berry on the other end of the phone when I needed it. They even called me periodically to "check in".
